Marrakesh House is a green remodel showcase residence built to LEED standards in Culver City for

special events, location photography and guest artists. Green remodeling highlights include solar

thermal, solar PV, reuse and recycling of many original materials, electric vehicle (EV) charging

systems, cool roof technique, low/no VOC paints and sealants, Low-E windows to help prevent solar
